I am grateful to Frank Phillipson who has sent me an extract from the 1967 London Midland Region British Rail Timetable.

Courtesy of Frank Phillipson Of interest is the fact that Amersham is still referred to as Amersham and Chesham Bois and Chorley Wood and Chorley Wood and Chenies, names I am pretty sure not used for quite some time by London Transport
Courtesy of Frank Phillipson There are still a few services going into Paddington. I believe this route has virtually stopped now, I think there is one train a day in the evening one way just to keep the route alive, I don't suppose anyone uses it, especially since there is not return service!
